Recent Legislative Developments

On March 27, 2009, Kansas approved a Graduated Driver’s License system, (GDL) for new drivers under the age of 17 who obtain a driver’s permit or license after January 1, 2010.

The GDL applies the conditions, limitations, and restrictions in place as of December 31, 2009, to those who hold any valid driving license or permit as of January 1, 2010.For more information click on the link below
